When you use an early-access form, we collect the name and email address you submit, together with the relevant tour page and your email-marketing consent. We use this information to manage your request and send the updates you asked to receive.

If you allow optional analytics or marketing technologies, technical information may also be collected, including:

• Anonymized IP address;
• Browser and device type;
• Pages visited on the site.

3. Third-Party Tools

Depending on your cookie choices, we use the following external services:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads for analytics and campaign measurement;
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for campaign measurement and advertising;
• Microsoft Clarity for website-use analytics;
• Reddit Pixel for campaign measurement and advertising;
• YouTube for embedded video content;
• Brevo for processing country-tour early-access submissions, managing the applicable mailing lists and supporting the requested email communications;
• HubSpot for processing submissions on legacy city presale pages.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, their privacy terms and international transfer safeguards govern that processing. If marketing consent is granted and an early-access form is submitted, a normalized SHA-256 hash of the submitted email address may be sent to Meta for conversion matching; the plain email address is not sent to Meta by this conversion request.

5. Ticket Sales

Ticket sales are carried out through external partners – Eventim and Ticketmaster. When purchasing tickets, you provide your personal data directly to these partners, who act as independent data controllers. Please refer to Eventim’s and Ticketmaster’s respective Privacy Policies for information on how they process your data.
