1. General Information

This Privacy Policy describes how MD-Marketing AB (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data in connection with the websitehttps://rocksensation.live. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect

When you use an early-access form, we collect the name and email address you submit, together with the relevant tour page and your email-marketing consent. We use this information to manage your request and send the updates you asked to receive.

If you allow optional analytics or marketing technologies, technical information may also be collected, including:

• IP address and browser and device information;
• Marketing browser, ad-click and site visitor identifiers;
• Pages visited on the site.

3. Third-Party Tools

Depending on your cookie choices, we use the following external services:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads for analytics and campaign measurement;
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for campaign measurement and advertising;
• Microsoft Clarity for website-use analytics;
• Reddit Pixel for campaign measurement and advertising;
• TikTok Pixel for measuring page views and ticket-seller clicks on our main landing page and the Sweden and Denmark tour pages, enabled only with marketing consent;
• YouTube for embedded video content;
• Brevo for processing country-tour early-access submissions, managing the applicable mailing lists and supporting the requested email communications;
• HubSpot for processing submissions on legacy city presale pages.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, their privacy terms and international transfer safeguards govern that processing. With marketing consent, page views may be sent to Meta through both the browser Pixel and our server. These events may include your IP address, browser information, Meta browser and ad-click identifiers, and a hashed site visitor identifier for campaign matching.

If you also submit an early-access form, normalized SHA-256 hashes of your email address and the available first and last name may be sent to Meta with the signup event. The server conversion request does not send the plain email address or name. Hashing supports matching and does not make these identifiers anonymous. Email-signup consent is separate from marketing-tracking consent.

5. Ticket Sales

Ticket sales are carried out through external partners – Eventim and Ticketmaster. When purchasing tickets, you provide your personal data directly to these partners, who act as independent data controllers. Please refer to Eventim’s and Ticketmaster’s respective Privacy Policies for information on how they process your data.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your data;
• Object to or restrict processing in certain cases;
• Withdraw consent at any time (where applicable);
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority within the European Union.
